Do your products contain peanuts or tree nuts?: Our production facilities where our Chicken Nuggets, Chicken Strips, Chicken Patties and most other Fast Fixin' or Fast Classics items are made are peanut and tree-nut free. Further, we do not use peanut oil (or any other product derived from peanuts or tree nuts) in any of our products. CAUTION: A few of our specialty items are made at other production facilities. Further, some are packaged with sauces that may contain peanut or tree-nut ingredients. Contact us if you have questions about a specific product.

Do your products contain MSG (monosodium glutamate)?: No, we do not use MSG in any of our products.

Does the modified food starch in your products come from wheat?: No, the modified food starch listed as an ingredient in some of our products usually comes from corn. If a product contains an ingredient from wheat, then wheat will be listed in an Allergen Statement located below the ingredient list on the package.

Do you use egg in your breaded products?: If a product contains egg, then egg will be listed in the Allergen Statement located below the ingredient list on the package.

Do you have products that are gluten free?: Yes. A few of our gluten-free products include Flame Roasted Chicken Breasts, Buffalo Chicken Wings, BBQ Chicken Wings, Thin Sliced Sirloin Steak, Philly Beef, Steak-EZE, Bacon Cheeseburger, Ribz for sandwiches, Beef Burgers and others. We maintain a list of gluten-free products that we will send upon request.
