Upside Down Stuffed Mushrooms
- 12 large button mushrooms, stems removed


8 oz. bottle Italian salad dressing
¼ c. cream cheese, softened
6 Fast Fixin’ Beef Meatballs, cut in half
Marinate mushrooms in Italian dressing for 20 minutes. Preheat oven to 400°F. Place mushrooms caps on a baking sheet spaced about 3 inches apart. Spoon approximately 1 tsp. cream cheese into each mushroom. Place meatballs onto cream cheese and bake for 15 to 20 minutes or until heated through.
