Chicken and Rice Casserole
- 1 pkg. Fast Classics Fire Roasted Chicken Breasts, cubed

1 pkg. long grain and wild rice mix
1 small onion, chopped
½ c. mayonnaise
2 small cans condensed cream of chicken soup
8 oz. can water chestnuts, drained and chopped
1 small can chicken broth (about 2 c.)
Preheat oven to 350°F. Prepare rice according to package directions. Stir together with remaining ingredients and spoon into a greased baking dish. Bake for 45 to 60 minutes.To print this recipe, click the printer icon in your browser toolbar
