Chicken and Spinach Salad
- 8 Fast Classics Chicken Breast Tenders, cooked and diced

½ c. Italian salad dressing
juice of 1 orange
4 c. fresh spinach, washed and dried
½ c. real bacon pieces
1 can Mandarin oranges, drained
½ c. slivered almonds
Preheat oven to 350°F. Place chicken breast tenders on a baking sheet and heat until crispy and hot (about 14 minutes). While the chicken is heating, combine Italian dressing and juice of 1 orange and stir until blended. Place the spinach into a large bowl, add the bacon pieces, drained Mandarin oranges and the almond slivers. Add the dressing mixture to the bowl and toss to coat.
