This is in reference to the “Step Up to the Plate” Contest email that I received on Friday. After a great deal of thought and preparation, I’ve made a big decision to cross an item off my Bucket List and involve my favorite Fast Fixin’ products.

Dear Advance Brands,

During the summer of 1989, I made a promise to myself that I would travel to Dyersville, Iowa to visit the Field of Dreams Movie Site. I was 10 years old at that time and it was not feasible for me to take the trek for many years. However, the thought of turning 30 on July 20th has frightened me and I’ve been pondering a way to properly celebrate the occasion. The email that you all sent must have hit the spot! My dad and I have booked a trip to Dyersville, Iowa leaving Oklahoma City on July 30th and returning August 2nd. I’ll be traveling 1400 miles over 4 days to complete the journey. I will also send you all a picture of me holding Fast Fixin’ products in the corn field. Please let me know if you’d like me to show a particular product in my photo. My two all-time favorites are the Country Fried Steak and Chicken Strips (shown in the picture attached)!

Thanks again for the helping me Step Up to the Plate! I’ve been thinking about doing this for sometime and your email just helped make it happen! Now I will be…. Fulfilling Dreams with Fast Fixin’!
